With over two decades of experience spanning software engineering, product lifecycle management (PLM), and agile transformation, he is renowned for driving large-scale innovation in regulated, high-complexity environments.

At Siemens, Andy leads 130 global Scrum teams developing mission-critical PLM software for over 17,000 customers. His strategic agility has shaped the evolution of Siemens' AI-enabled platforms, integrating DevOps, Digital Twins, and model-based systems engineering across a workforce of 2,000 engineers. A certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, PMI-ACP, and Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), he brings a pragmatic, value-driven approach to portfolio and program leadership, championing a culture of continuous improvement through Communities of Practice and Lean Agile Centers of Excellence.
