Eren Özdemir is an enterprise transformation consultant with extensive experience leading large-scale agility and operating-model transformations across defence, banking, retail, and higher-education sectors in Türkiye, MENA, Europe, and the US. He is a SAFe SPCT and a trusted advisor within the global SAFe community. Eren has also contributed to PMI’s Disciplined Agile efforts and is the author of three books on organizational agility. He currently supports PMI’s global Reimagining Agility initiative.
