Isaac Suh

Isaac Suh is a seasoned project management expert and technology leader operating at the nexus of artificial intelligence, economics, public policy, and large-scale operational strategy. As a Director at ICF, he is a trusted advisor who translates complex strategic goals into tangible technology solutions and is renowned for his ability to design and launch "zero-to-one" systems in ambiguous environments, consistently building the scalable foundations required to drive efficiency and mission-driven impact. 

Throughout his career, Isaac has architected the strategy for the deployment of federal aid for climate-related disaster management, recovery, and mitigation, ensuring technology solutions serve the most vulnerable communities effectively and efficiently. He has spearheaded the launch of AI-driven platforms, designed and deployed a novel AI agent model from the ground up, demonstrating his deep expertise in the practical application of AI. Having previously worked at New York City Mayor's Office of Management and Budget (NYC OMB), the World Bank, and research institutes, he offers a wide range of industry knowledge in both public and private sectors. He holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Cornell University and has held positions in data analytics, product management, project management, financial management, research, and business development organizations. 

This unique blend of hands-on implementation and strategic foresight led to his selection for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Global Team, where he has contributed to developing the first Standard for Artificial Intelligence in Portfolio, Program, and Project Management.  

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Isaac has earned a reputation for bringing "calmness to chaos" and building the cross-functional coalitions necessary to solve systemic challenges. He is dedicated to ensuring that the deployment of advanced AI benefits all of humanity.
