Oscar is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience successfully leading projects beyond $100 Million in value. He authored the United Nations Sustainable Energy for All paper (2012) along with three world-renowned subject matter experts in international energy projects. Oscar has a particular expertise in driving government and public-sector projects as diverse as G7 embassy projects, arctic power plants, military sites, international data centers and, most recently, the restoration of the Parliament of Canada.
As the youngest graduate of the University of Oxford's master's degree in Major Programme Management, Oscar benefited from, and contributed to cutting edge approaches in international program management with Nobel Prize winning economists, executive practitioners, and experts from around the world.
