She has deep transformation experience at the intersection of organization, Agile, performance improvement, leadership, and change management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarah is the co-author of Doing Agile Right, published by HBR Press. Her work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, and she can be found in a wide variety of media, including Bloomberg, Forbes, and Working Mother.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout her career, she has advised business leaders across a wide range of industries, including retail, technology, healthcare, consumer products, automotive and aerospace. Her client experience includes several Fortune 50 companies.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarah serves as a member of Bain\u2019s global governance committee for compensation and promotion.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She began her career at Merck &#038; Co., Inc., after earning her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University.
