Saul Gamez is an experienced and passionate technical program manager with over 14 years driving innovation and program excellence in the electric vehicle and battery industries. Currently, he leads the global powertrain manufacturing team at Lucid Motors as Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, where he champions cutting-edge IoT solutions to transform manufacturing processes and enhance efficiency worldwide.

Previously at Tesla, Saul managed large-scale new product introductions for Supercharger and Battery programs, delivering multimillion-dollar projects ahead of schedule and under budget while fostering cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and operations teams.

Saul combines deep technical expertise with a genuine commitment to building inclusive, high-performing teams. As President of Latinos at Tesla GFNY, he actively mentored emerging talent and advocated for diversity, equity, and inclusion within technology organizations.

He holds an MBA with a finance specialization, a Master of Advanced Study in Engineering from UC Berkeley, and multiple industry certifications including PMP, PgMP, PfMP, and PMI-ACP. Saul thrives at the intersection of hardware innovation, sustainability, and operational strategy, driving meaningful impact in the fast-evolving EV landscape.
