Pedro M. Serrador, PMP, ACP, P.Eng., MBA, PhD is a writer and researcher on Agile, AI and project success. As well as having more than 25 years of industry experience, he is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University and University of Toronto.
He also now channels his expertise into supporting early-stage startups that bridge research insight and market innovation. He invests actively across tech, sustainability and venture-backed services, leveraging his deep network in academia, industry and entrepreneurship. Beyond capital, he is passionate about building communities of founders and infusing rigorous thinking into agile, growth-oriented ventures.
He an author of books and articles on project management and was the recipient various awards for his academic writing including the 2022 most cited paper award from Project Management Journal. He is also the author of one of the most cited academic papers on Agile and success.
