Speakers of the 12th Edition

Dr. Chris Carson is a technology entrepreneur, CEO and systems architect whose work spans artificial intelligence, computer vision, robotics and urban infrastructure. His career has focused on extending computer vision from individual vehicles to transportation networks and, ultimately, entire cities.

As Founder and CEO of EchoTwin AI, Carson is developing a Physical AI platform designed to help cities continuously see, understand and respond to conditions across the urban environment. The platform brings together intelligent perception, vision-language models, AI agents, robotics and real-world sensing to create dynamic digital representations of cities.

His long-term vision is to enable “cognitive cities”: urban systems capable of monitoring their own condition, diagnosing problems and eventually coordinating corrective action. Through EchoTwin AI, Carson aims to turn that vision into practical tools for managing the complexity of urban life, with a focus on improving how cities maintain infrastructure and deliver services.
