Christopher “Cp” Richardson, MSPM, PMI-CPMAI, CSP, is the AI Insights & Engagement Lead at the Project Management Institute (PMI), where he leads community engagement initiatives, oversees the PMIxAI Ambassador program, and helps connect AI innovation with practical project management applications.

He also served as Director of Portfolio and Delivery Management at The Washington Post, where he led portfolio governance, release management, and delivery strategy across large-scale technology and product organizations.

With more than 17 years of experience spanning AI, project management, agile delivery, community engagement, governance, luxury marketing, and organizational transformation, Christopher has worked across media, consulting, financial services, technology, nonprofit, and professional association sectors. He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University and multiple industry credentials, including PMI-CPMAI, Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Agilist, Lean Green Belt, and Six Sigma.

Christopher is a frequent speaker, writer, and advisor on AI adoption, leadership, organizational change, and modern project delivery.
