Dr. Farrow is a futurist, researcher, facilitator and strategist with over 25 years of experience in strategic organizational change, research and evaluation, portfolio, program, and project management. She has led and co-designed portfolios, programs, and projects to successfully deliver benefits in various industries. Elissa is a specialist in bringing value to organizations through strategy review, scenario definition, and implementation. She graduated in 2022 with her Doctorate having explored the implications of Artificial Intelligence on organizations of the future. Elissa joined IIL in 2016 and resides in Australia.
