Dr. Mona Zoughaib is an eminent educator and an accomplished professional with a rich background in banking and IT. She is an esteemed leader and Managing Partner of We Grow Minds, with a notable presence in Dubai, Beirut, and Riyadh. Her career, spanning over two decades, is distinguished by her expertise in project management, particularly in banking, aviation, and education sectors. She holds a PhD from Université de Paris, an MBA, and a Bachelor in Computer Science from LAU.

Dr. Zoughaib is highly respected as a Project Management expert in the Middle East. She is a PMP/CAPM ATP Certified Trainer and a PwC Academy Certified Trainer, delivering training across various industries, including prominent entities like NEOM, Khadamat Facilities , and DMT among other 100+ trainees in Municipalities, GCC ministries, Banks, and institutes. Her role as a former board member of PMI Lebanon and her current position in the Lebanese Association of Information Systems highlight her commitment to advancing Project Management practices.
