Raed Skaf is the Head of PMO capability at KPMG Middle East. He has Over 20 years of experience in PMO Establishment, Business Process, Policies and Procedures, team development like delivering advance workshops. led several engagements ranging from mega strategic national program like Saudi Parliament and council of ministers, Business Process Improvement and Technology. Raed was an OPM3 PMI Certified Assessor and Consultant ranked 70th globally, and he is a PMO Certified Professional from All PMO USA, in addition he holds PMP, DASM, Prince2, Prosci Change Management practitioner, and portfolio management certification with contribution to PMI PMBOK development and PMP exams in more than 12 countries globally. Raed obtained his Doctorate degree from International School of Management and attended his modules in Paris, Sao Paulo, and Shanghai.
