A Deputy Minister of Projects at Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing, with 15+ years of experience, who is specialized in delivering transformational learning and developing experiences, with a knack for simultaneously managing several portfolio projects, and overseeing the ministry’s project expansion efforts into the public eye. Working closely with executive leadership ensures all the projects are aligned with the 2030 Vision and Strategic Objectives assigned to the Ministry. One of his career highlights includes the continuous improvement mindset at the Ministry to revamp our overall performance to ensure that all projects are being executed as per the timeline.

Before joining the Ministry in April 2022, Eng, Jelli served as a Portfolio Director/ advisor to the Deputy Minister of Planning and Transformation, where he was instrumental in growing revenues for more than 35B Riyals within 36 initiatives during the 2030 Vision at the Ministry of Health, and setting strategic Key Performance indicators KPIs for the department.
