Grace Najjar has 26+ years of global experience serving in advisory roles for strategy reform and execution and Policy modernization & digital transformation solutions, driving individual and organizational excellence & efficiency improvement, business processes and technology solutions fostering innovation & empowering lean-governance for implementation and transformation utilizing the most recognized standards and best practices.

For the last 15years, Grace has been utilized as an expert on International funding programs and establishing advocacy and building strategic relations with government, ministries, authorities and organizations, in digital and agile transformation, education, individual and organizational efficiency improvement, project management, benefits realization and governance . She founded her own company in 2010, Align Management Solutions. Since 2004, Grace has been involved with the Project Management Institute (pmi.org), the world leading institution for Project, Program and Portfolio Management Standards, certifications and credentials, since 2004. She has been assigned the role of Middle East and North Africa Managing Director for PMI in 2019.

She provides lectures in business and engineering schools in the Middle East and Europe as part of Master and Executive Education programs in USJ, ESA and Politecnico di Milano. Eng. Grace speaks regularly at global leadership seminars and congresses.

She has been nominated and awarded on many occasions including the recent Arab Woman Awards 2021 by Arabian Business.

She is a Program Management Professional Certified PgMP & Project Management Professional PMP certified and in Agile DA; certified in the industry 4.0 and in the Artificial Intelligence.

She holds a Master in Engineering and in Information Systems from ESIB - USJ and a Master in Network and Telecommunications from Telecom Paris and Master Class leadership Institute Program from the PMI.
