Greg Napier

Greg is an Associate Director with around 14 year’s experience across multiple sectors in the design, setup and management of transformation projects, programmes and portfolios.

Greg’s experience includes management of: Post-Acquisition Integrations, Target Operating Model design, cost optimizations, Managed Separations, people/process/ technology transformation programmes, and programme rescue.

Greg’s functional Skills within portfolio, programme and project management are aligned to key processes, however he has held portfolio management and programme management roles where robust benefits management have been vital to success.

Greg is certified in a number of areas: LLB Law, University of Wales Aberystwyth, Prince2 Project Manager, MSP Managing Successful Programs, MoP Portfolio Management, ITIL, CTTLS Teaching, TOGAF 9.1, Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
