Hayssam Al Amine

Hayssam is a well-known lecturer with a distinguished personality. He has delivered workshops and seminars in different countries in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia. He is also a member of the American Hospitality Association, an instructor at the International Automobile Association, a trainer for active implementation, a professional development leader, a HOGAN Coach, and a psychologist and personal assessment coach.

A Management and Leadership Development professional with more than 25 years with high profile management positions held with a number of multi-national organizations, such as, ITT Sheraton Corporate Head Quarters in Boston, TNT Express Worldwide, and Ford Motor Company.  Hayssam has accumulated his management expertise and dynamic style from a number of successful management positions within the USA and the Middle East.

He was the Sales Director for Sheraton, USA and was responsible for 14 states and a sales force of over 400 executives.  During his tenure with TNT, he received accolades for his excellent sales track records which hit historical all-time highs within the GCC; he also launched TNT’s maiden operation in Saudi Arabia as the Country manager.  His automotive experience with Ford Motor Company, as the Regional After-sales Manager for Middle East & Africa, exposed him to numerous unique projects within the customer service, call center management, sales management and marketing fields.

He has an interesting and stimulating style and has over 24 years of experience. These experiences have enabled him to add tremendous value to the businesses, departments and emerging talent.

His Responsibilities have included:

  • Author of the book “ACE Your Service”; a book about service leadership, improving management styles and work-life balance.
  • Ten successful years in the hospitality and service industry sales
  • Responsible for developing management training program for a number of International companies
  • Often lectures at the American University of Dubai on topics such as Marketing, Sales, Negotiation, Situational Leadership and strategic planning
