Max has more than 20 years of international experience in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, helping customers boost their project management practices, processes and maturity.

He has trained over 3500 project managers worldwide, supported the implementation of Project Management Offices (PMO), and project management best practices, in corporations from the telecom, energy, IT, insurance, and banking industries, being a regular speaker at public and corporate Project Management venues.

Prior to joining IIL in 2008, he held senior roles at Nokia Siemens Networks. Max has a degree in Economics and Business Administration and lives in Austria.

Certifications: PMP, CSM.
