Nicola is the sustainability lead for Deloitte UK 's Major Programmes Consulting practice, which specialises in helping clients globally successfully deliver their most complex and impactful changes using market leading methodologies. She has worked on multiple sustainability themed transformations and helps clients navigate the regulatory complexities of ESG to ensure outcomes align with aims.

She is focused on incorporating sustainability considerations into project assessment and delivery as well as outcomes and benefits management, applying industry leading approaches to unlock the business value of sustainable project management.  

She has 20 years’ experience of designing and delivering large complex transformations, primarily in the financial services sector, and is passionate about ensuring projects deliver holistic outcomes which are beneficial for wider society as well as the firms who run them. She is a strong believer in the power of the Financial Services industry to be a driver of positive change not only in the decarbonisation transition but in a wider social context. 

Nicola is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner and Agile ScrumMaster, Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) and holds sustainable finance qualifications from the Oxford Smith School of Enterprise & the Environment and the CFA Institute .
