Speakers of the 12th Edition

Rose Hastreiter, PMP, is an executive advisor, entrepreneur, author and project leadership expert whose work spans leadership, organizational capability, innovation and technology-enabled transformation. She is CEO and Principal Advisor of L3C Advisory and Founder and CEO of HG Learning Solutions Inc.

Over more than 25 years, Rose has designed and facilitated more than 1,500 leadership and learning engagements reaching approximately 35,000 professionals, with work spanning more than 30 universities and organizations across corporate, public-sector, research and international environments.

She is the architect of DuraSkills, a practical framework focused on developing the durable human capabilities required as work and technology evolve, and author of the forthcoming leadership book Leaders Who LIFT: People, Projects, Performance. Her current work focuses on how artificial intelligence is changing decision-making, governance and value realization, and how leaders can keep intended human and organizational impact visible as increasingly autonomous systems participate in consequential decisions.

Rose serves as Co-Chair of the Strategic Committee for the NNEdPro Global Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health and as a judge for the Milken-Penn GSE Education Business Plan Competition in 2025 and 2026.

She was named the 2025 PMI New Brunswick Fellow of the Year and is a 2026 nominee for the InnovateNB Beacon Award for Women in Innovation & Leadership. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, a member of the Global Speakers Federation (GSF).
