Roy has a passion for helping organizations realize the potential of their people by focusing on empathy, learning, creativity, trust, and support. Roy has worked internationally in many industries including, Finance, Pharma, Insurance, Telco, Government, and many others.  This work is not limited to software development, but also includes operations, marketing, HR, construction and building physical products such as elevators, safety equipment, amusement park rides and weapons systems, among others.
