Rubin is a thought leader in the Agile and project management community, having written books and articles, having delivered coaching, project management training and knowledge to thousands of project managers in Agile practices, leadership and traditional project management core skills as well as having served with PMI chapter Board of Directors.

Rubin has over 25 years of experience and success in project, program and portfolio management, strategic planning, change management, continuous improvement, and Agile transformation.

Rubin displays his extensive range of skills and knowledge across multiple industries. Rubin holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto. Rubin Joined IIL in 2010 and lives in Canada.
