Sheikha has an experience of more than 19 years in serving the national agenda and competitive performance by working in the private, federal and local government sectors in the UAE. Fields of specialized experience vary between strategic planning, performance management, organizational development and excellence, corporate governance, policies and work systems, quality and organizational assurance. Government Excellence Expert accredited by the Prime Minister’s office; Special Administrative Consultant with a number of entities; Certified Lecturer at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. She contributes with a leading role in achieving the vision of the wise government and raising the competitiveness of the country through management with results, performance excellence and efficiency of government work.
